Property Guidelines

No Parties or Events / Capacity
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors, we have a strict rule regarding parties and events. Please adhere to these guidelines as well as the intended max capacity for the property.
No Smoking
Smoking is prohibited inside the property. Please use designated outdoor areas if available. Additional cleaning fees will be charged if smoke is detected inside the property.
Quiet Hours
Please respect the quiet hours from 10:00PM CST to 8:00AM CST.
Fire Safety
Do not tamper with smoke detectors or fire extinguishers. Familiarize yourself with the exit routes.
Restricted Areas
Certain areas may be off-limits to guests (e.g., storage closets). Please respect these boundaries.
Damage Reporting
Report any damages or issues to the host or co-host immediately.
